(close) Ms. Milojevic specializes in complex civil and criminal litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums. She has expertise in business litigation, contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, employment disputes, and fraud claims, as well as government investigations. After graduating law school, Ms. Milojevic was a prosecutor at the New York Attorney General’s Office, Criminal Division. As an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Enforcement and Financial Crimes Bureau, she conducted investigations into financial crimes including fraud and money laundering at financial institutions. In her role, Ms. Milojevic developed court room knowledge and extensive investigative experience. She successfully secured indictments through the grand jury process and represented the government at hearings, supervised wiretap surveillance, and frequently worked with federal agencies on cross border investigations. Prior to joining Mishcon, Ms. Milojevic was a litigation associate at Kennedy Berg LLP, where she represented both corporations and individuals in a variety of matters, and participated in all phases of litigation from initial counseling through trial and appeal. Ms. Milojevic attended Vassar College, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics, and graduated with a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society where she won two best brief writing awards in national competition, participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and was a member of the prestigious Criminal Defense Clinic. Ms. Milojevic is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and California, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
