Ms. Long specializes in patent litigation.  Prior to joining Mishcon, Ms. Long was a staff attorney at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Before that she was an appellate attorney at the United States Department of Veterans Affairs where she represented the Secretary of Veterans Affairs before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.  Ms. Long was also an associate at the New York office of DLA Piper US LLP where she worked on product liability matters in the pharmaceutical field.  She began her legal career as an associate at the New York office of Kenyon & Kenyon LLP where she worked on a variety of patent litigation matters including pharmaceuticals and automotive technology.

Ms. Long attended the University of Rochester, where she earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and graduated from the George Washington University Law School.  Ms. Long is admitted to the bar in New York.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
