Scott is an associate in the firm's New York office where he practices general commercial litigation. He received his B.B.A from Mississippi State University and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law. Scott is admitted to practice in Mississippi and New York.

Scott has significant discovery practice experience. Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, he managed large-scale discovery projects and established litigation review protocols to ensure efficient, high-quality document productions. His litigation engagements often involved cross-practice collaboration and covered a vast range of client industries and substantive areas of law including antitrust, arbitration, class action, intellectual property, pharmaceutical, pro bono, securities, and "White Collar" criminal matters.

- Acting for a telecommunication industry giant in a patent infringement dispute involving innovative development of chip technology for use in devices utilized by cellular networks.
- Acting for a toy company in a copyright infringement dispute between rivals involving business and contract interference, conversion of artistic creation, and counter-suit for copyright violations for developing and marketing similar products.
- Acting for a pharmaceutical company in a contract dispute over language purported to govern royalty obligations on patent rights obtained by third party sub-licensee. This related to pharmaceutical companies freedom to operate and use molecular technology, and rights and obligations to develop and market medical treatments derived from the patented cell line.
- Significant experience in financial market issues, including: sub-prime lending; collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs); debt mortgage obligations (DMOs); mark to market accounting; and disputes involving investor instruments, counterparty swaps, and derivative market transactions including credit risk speculation and hedging.
