Aimee regularly counsels clients in general commercial litigations in State and Federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. She has experience representing clients in a variety of general commercial and financial disputes incuding breach of contract, securities, tax and accounting fraud, and intellectual property disputes.
Aimee has also counseled international corporate clients and has extensive experience arbitrating international arbitrations before the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, a division of the American Arbitration Association.
Aimee received her B.B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business in 2004. She received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007.
Aimee is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Florida as well as the Federal Circuit and United State District Court for the Southern District of New York, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
